So, I’m gonna make this post quick and painless. Just wanted to share with you all a print that I got from a print exchange I was a part of. This is my first parcel from New Zealand!
I got the print from this photographer =]
Just recently, I’ve been working some flash into my photography. Normally I just sit back and let the Sun be my source of any available light. I bend, manipulate, stretch, and just about any other adjective you can use on my source of light.
So, with this new found source of light, I started experimenting on the only subject that will sit in front of my lens. My son. He’s such a trooper. So, with an on camera flash and a SB-600 to camera left, I got this result.
My journey into the strobist world begins here!
Ok, so I can move them…. but not without saying, “oooohhhh Ouch!” I’ve started my work out classes again and we did strength and conditioning on Tuesday of this week. My triceps are SORE. I can hardly bring my hand up to pick my nose, how am I going to being the camera up to my face?
Last weekend, my GF (Heather) and I went with her girls and my son tubing in York, Pa on some fake snow! This is the first time I’ve ever done this. What fun! I do have to say that the fake snow is rather hard when compacted. On one of my runs, I smashed my knee into a “snow rock”. YOUCH! I’m now a proud owner of a pretty nasty bruise. Here are some photos from the trip.
Well, it looks like I’m off in the world of the blooooooogsphere (excuse my spelling). I’m sorry for the lack of content, but I’m currently working on figuring out this whole, “blog” thing and how to add photos and how to explain myself through words when normally I would just use my camera. Well, enjoy the new blog!
